Booking Terms

These general terms and conditions apply to direct bookings made via our website or by email at contact@2vh-arras.fr. For bookings made via third-party platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com), the terms and conditions of the relevant platform apply.

Direct Bookings

Direct bookings are confirmed after validation by the owner and receipt of the deposit if requested. A written confirmation will be sent to you by email at contact@2vh-arras.fr.

Deposit

A deposit of 30% of the total stay amount may be requested to confirm a direct booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount to be paid.

Balance

The balance of the stay is to be paid according to the terms communicated upon booking confirmation (bank transfer, cash on arrival, etc.).

Cancellation Policy

For direct bookings:

  • Free cancellation up to 2 days before the scheduled arrival date
  • In case of cancellation within 2 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay amount is due
  • In case of no-show: the entire stay is due

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 4:00 PM

Check-out: before 11:00 AM

Check-in is done in person with key handover. Specific details will be communicated to you before your arrival.

Accommodation Capacity

The accommodation can host up to 2 guests maximum. Any additional undeclared person may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Non-smoking

The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Smoking inside the accommodation is prohibited.

Parties and Events

Parties, gatherings and events are not allowed in the accommodation.

Respect for the Property

The guest agrees to respect the accommodation, the neighborhood and the equipment provided. Any damage caused to the accommodation or equipment will be charged to the guest.

Liability

The owner cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.

Bookings via Third-party Platforms

For bookings made via Airbnb or Booking.com, the applicable general terms and conditions are those of the relevant platform. In case of dispute, the platform will serve as intermediary.
